Documentary filmmakers Julie Cohen and Betsy West (RBG, Julia) look at the life and ideas of Pauli Murray, a non-binary Black lawyer, activist, and poet who influenced both Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Thurgood Marshall. Told largely in Murray’s own words, this documentary is a stirring tribute to a largely unsung hero of social justice. Murray understood what it meant to exist beyond previously accepted categories and cultural norms. Directed by: Julie Cohen & Betsy West

Doylestown Pride Ride
Join Doylestown Borough Parks & Recreation, Women Bike Dtown and Discover Doylestown for a community bike ride on open streets around Doylestown Borough to celebrate the Doylestown Pride Festival. Decorate yourselves and your bikes in your brightest rainbow colors, and be ready to ride as a group from the corner of MacFarlane Lane and Lafayette Street (behind CB West) at 6:30 pm on June 16.
All welcome, but be aware this is a bike ride on open streets, with traffic. Riders under age 12 must ride alongside parents/guardians or on adult-powered bikes. All riders must wear helmets and abide by all stop signs, traffic lights and rules of the road. Suggested donation benefits the Doylestown Rainbow Room.

Pride Shabbat hosted by Temple Judea
Temple Judea of Bucks County will host a Pride Shabbat service on June 24 at 7 p.m. The service will be led by Dan Kahn, a song leader and soloist, and feature a talk by congregant Seth Wohl who will share his experiences as a young Jewish gay man. Kahn said that the service, Temple Judea’s second to mark Pride Month, is expected to be “a fun camp-inspired one full of singing and music with a guitar just in time to start the summer. All are welcome to join the music, joy and spirit we’re going to create in this inclusive space together.” The synagogue is located at 38 Rogers Road in Furlong.
