Doylestown welcomes the return of our Pride Festival on June 15 - 23rd, 2024. With the goal of celebrating diverse sexual orientations and gender identities in the Doylestown community, a collection of local organizations and businesses came together to create this local tradition. The multi-day event will feature a series of Film Screenings, Drag Brunch, Pride Block Party, Music Day, and various pop-up events and celebrations throughout the community. Doylestown Borough businesses and residents are encouraged to fly LGBTQ+ Pride flags, starting on June 1st, to show your support, and join in the spirit of Pride!
LGBTQ Pride Month is almost here! Join us Saturday, June 1st, 6-7pm at the old Bucks County Courthouse Lawn in Doylestown to cheer on the LGBTQ+ youth of The Rainbow Room as they raise the gorgeous, new, Progress Pride Flag on the County of Bucks flagpole to kick off Pride Month! We’ll also celebrate that Doylestown Borough is raising our town’s Pride flag at Court & Main, and in front of Borough Hall, on the same day.
Celebrate Pride Week at the Michener Art Museum on Thursday, June 13th from 6 - 8 PM.
Join us for: Celebrate Pride at the Michener with this lively and fun life-drawing event. Drag performers Hannibal Lickher and Mr. Right will pose and interact with the participants. All materials are provided for this program, but participants are welcome to bring their own drawing materials and sketchbooks if desired.
Adults ages 21 and up are welcome to attend these unique workshops, appropriate for beginners and experienced artists alike. Self-expression, experimentation, and fun are the focus. Participants may bring their own wine or beer in unopened containers. No hard alcohol, please. The Museum will provide cups, napkins, paper plates, and wine openers, but we will not be able to provide ice or refrigeration, nor do we provide utensils. Guests must be at least 21 years old to consume alcohol and instructors reserve the right to ask for proof of age.
We're thrilled to announce the return of Pride Music Day on Saturday, June 15th from 5-8 PM. Pride Music Day 2024 is organized in partnership with Picnics on Pine!
Doors for the show will open at 4:30 PM, picnic spots are first come first serve. Attendees must provide their own chairs and blankets for picnicking. Bring what you need to comfortably enjoy a picnic without obstructing others' views.
Pride Music Day is a rain or shine event, no refunds will be given.
Join Doylestown Borough Parks & Recreation, Women Bike Dtown and Discover Doylestown for a community bike ride on open streets around Doylestown Borough to celebrate the Doylestown Pride Festival. Decorate yourselves and your bikes in your brightest rainbow colors, and be ready to ride as a group from the Broad Commons Park at 6 pm on June 18.
All are welcome, but be aware this is a bike ride on open streets, with traffic. Riders under age 12 must ride alongside parents/guardians or on adult-powered bikes. All riders must wear helmets and abide by all stop signs, traffic lights, and rules of the road.

Help us put on the Doylestown Pride Festival! The committee is seeking volunteers for help with setup, stage coordination, parking, cleanup, and more. This interactive panel discussion will bring together experts and community members from various disciplines to discuss how marginalization, stigma, discrimination and violence impact the well-being of sexual minority, transgender, gender expansive and queer folx.
